Roy Dietrich first started building HUD-code homes back in 1962. After 10 years of building homes in one of the manufacturing plants, he decided at the age of 32 it was time to run his own show. “So with a pair of tin snips and a plywood sign, I was in business.”

Thirty-six years later, his business is almost unrecognizable from its humble beginnings. The company now has 11 models homes on display fromtwo of the industries leading manufactures. His two sons, Jim and John, have grown up in the business. John heads up the service department, while Jim leads the sales.
