Roy Dietrich first started building HUD-code homes back in 1962. After 10 years of building homes in one of the manufacturing plants, he decided at the age of 32 it was time to run his own show. “So with a pair of tin snips and a plywood sign, I was in business.”

Thirty-nine years later, his business is almost unrecognizable from its humble beginnings. The company now has 8 model homes on display from two of the industries leading manufacturers. His two sons, Jim and John, have grown up in the business. John heads up the service department, while Jim leads the sales.

Roy’s Home Center can also do all of the site work from start to finish. Most of the time they can meet with you at your site and have a quote back in just a few days. Service is also performed by Roy’s, in house, making it easy to communicate during and after the construction process.

We also handle skyline weekender RV”S, travel trailers and 5th wheels.
